Somewhere in late 2023 Murphy was diagnosed with diabetes - luckily we were able to catch it early and after some 10 days of insulin he went into remission. His blood sugar has been fine since, but!
He's been switched to an all wet-food diet to reduce carbs and strain on his pancreas.
In Murphy's world, all roads, history and legends lead to the food bowl. These days he pines for the days of yore; the days of kibble. His cries for food sound an awful lot like cawing: "Carbs! Caaaarbs!"
